We will be exploring expressive movement and dance improvisation with a playful, inquisitive approach. Come ground yourself in the body, expand your range of movement and tools for dance, get energized and/or blow off steam, and engage with others in new ways.
Each class will centred around a topic and the four classes are meant as a set, but can absolutely stand alone.
No experience necessary.
Drop-ins welcome (but please let me know you're coming!).
$15 per class or $50 for all four classes
