The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self-treatment designed to help you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. MELT employs the use of gentle tools and self-care protocols to improve the supportive qualities of the connective tissue system, scientifically called fascia, as a vehicle to restore neurological stability and sensory motor control.

This all-levels workshop will use specialized soft rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy.
