This class is designed to teach basic skills on how to grid and design a mandala, incorporating sacred geometry as the foundation through out this meditative practice. My partner and I will perform a live Holographic Sound Healing as an integral part of this experience, bringing deep connection through sound to support your inward journey. Our deepest intention is to create an experience that brings inner harmony to you. We ask you to come prepared to class as we will be in a no speaking space during the meditative holographic sound portion. This will be where you are invited to meet the self, the known and the unknown and to be fully present for what you discover there. What makes this class unique is our intentional blend of sacred geometry, mandala meditation, and holographic sound to reveal the power of cultivating presence while offering how you hold the tools within you to reach this harmonious state of being in life. Our hope is that this class can be a space for you to destress, calm the nervous system and harmonize your inner world.
Consider this an invitation to get beautifully lost, to create, to journal, and to simply be with yourself without expectation. This is your space to pause, listen and be.
All are welcome!! no prerequisites are required.

✨ What to Expect ✨
We invite you to arrive up to 15 minutes early, allowing yourself a moment to fully settle into the space as we will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. All materials will be provided for the class, with the option to add a starter kit for $10 should you feel called to continue the practice at home or through our collection of classes to come. We encourage you to bring your journal, as you might find that during this practice the thoughts begin to organize in a way that brings clarity and insight.
