✨ Intro to Lyra Workshop with Abigail Braun ✨Curious about aerial hoop? This Intro to Lyra workshop is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to explore this beautiful and dynamic aerial apparatus — no prior experience required!
Led by Abigail Braun, this two-hour workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of lyra (aerial hoop). We’ll begin with a proper warm-up and conditioning drills to prepare your body and mind for moving safely and confidently on the hoop. From there, you’ll learn foundational mounts, shapes, and transitions, along with safe entries and exits.
You’ll explore classic lyra poses and finish by putting everything together into a beginner-friendly sequence that highlights both strength and grace.
