The Intro to Lyra class at Coil is a 60-minute exploration of this aerial apparatus, for absolute beginners!About this Event
In this 60 minute class you will learn the basics of how to mount, dismount, and execute some basic poses on the Lyra. This class is the only prerequisite needed in order to take any level one lyra class at Coil. It is also a fun class to take once or with friends and get those great Instagram photos!
