The morning starts the group off with an intro to liberty, gaining body control and finding new ways to connect with your horse. After a lunch break the group comes back together to learn a few tricks and work on obstacles!

About Meg:
Megan Deitner’s journey with horses began at 12 years old, showing Quarter Horses and Paints. Those early years in the show ring built a foundation of dedication, patience, and a love for refining horsemanship. But it wasn’t until she discovered Mustang Makeovers that her passion truly found its purpose.
Working with untouched mustangs challenged Megan to rethink everything she knew about training. It was during this time that she found liberty work — a style of training built on trust, communication, and giving the horse a voice. What started as a way to connect with wild horses quickly became a lifelong passion.
For the past six years, Megan has dedicated herself to mastering liberty and trick training. She continues to seek out opportunities to learn from some of the best in the industry, always evolving her skills to better serve both the horses she trains and the people she teaches.
Megan’s philosophy is simple but powerful: true partnership comes from understanding and mutual respect. Whether working with a seasoned show horse or a newly gentled mustang, her goal remains the same — to help each horse find confidence, freedom, and joy in their work.
