Intro to leathercraft & Lacing - Phone holder & knife pouch with Aram Omara

Spend the day learning the basics of leathercraft while making a personalised, traditional leather phone holder and knife pouch.

Looking for an easy introduction to working with leather? Join Aram Omara in the custom-built Leffler leather classroom to learn some basic skills.

You'll decorate the leather using Aram's huge collection of stamps, then use traditional wet-molding and double-cordovan lacing techniques to assemble the phone holder.All participants will take home a finished pouch large enough for an iPhone or other smartphone. The skills learned can be used to create leather pouches or small bags for holding just about any object.Aram has over 40 years of leather-craft experience, and has been teaching classes of all levels and abilities for the last 7 years.

All materials are supplied, along with light refreshments, and if you're new to Leffler, we can take you on an educational tour of our huge leather warehouse. Just bring yourself!
