Intro to KhoreoPils: Dance & Pilates Workshop!Join us for Intro to KhoreoPils workshop with Keva Price where the joy of dancing and the benefits of pilates are joined together!
KhoreoPils, often abbreviated as KPils, offers a diverse range of workouts. Some sequences specifically target certain areas of the body, while others provide a comprehensive full-body workout.
In the Intro to KhoreoPils Workshop students will experience:
Dance inspired Pilates movement sequences to music i.e. musicality for the dance floor
How to use these movements on the social dance floor i.e. in styling and partnerwork
Take home exercises which can help support their bodies during dance and life
We'll start by learning some short Pilates inspired dance movement sequences, then put those movements into a longer full body workout.
Lastly we'll learn a few home exercises for areas of the body where dancers commonly have injuries or areas which need improvements to help achieve greatness on the dance floor and in life!
Recommended footwear: sneakers, non slip socks, or ballet slippers, or bare feet
No mat needed
