This seminar will cover the traditional sport lifts including the snatch, jerk and long cycle (clean and jerk.) All movement mastery starts with mastering the basics so there will be time spent on technique, common mistakes and fixes, as well as some foundational movements that help prepare the body for these lifts.
We will also cover some basic programming principles as well as what to expect at your first competition.
