Join Rose Keyes of True Heart Yoga Studio for an in-depth workshop focused on unlocking restrictions and restoring mobility in the feet, hips, and shoulders. Throughout the session we will utilize a variety of poses that incorporate gravity, one’s own body weight, and props - like bolsters and straps - to target restrictions deep within the joints. This style of yoga takes a therapeutic approach to movement, and can be especially beneficial for people experiencing chronic pain, mobility challenges, depression/anxiety, hormonal issues, or who are in recovery from injuries.$35 for the 90 minute experience; $28 for Uttara Unlimited Members
Additional Details
Props (bolsters, straps, blocks) will be available for use, so no need to bring your own, unless you prefer to. Space is limited to 18 people, so make sure to reserve your spot asap!

About Rose:
Rose is a dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of experience guiding both in-person and online classes. With 200 hours of Vinyasa Yoga training and 360 hours of training in the Kaiut Yoga Method, she brings a depth of knowledge and a deep commitment to yoga as a lifelong path of learning, healing, and connection. Her teaching style is gentle, precise, and grounded in the belief that yoga should be accessible and supportive for all. Rose creates a welcoming space where students can safely explore movement, release tension, and reconnect with their inner world. Rose currently offers virtual and in-person classes and workshops regionally and nationally.
