Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll dive into the world of inks! We’ll explore popular types like India inks, water-based inks, and acrylic inks, breaking down the differences between dye-based and pigment-based inks, and the unique binders that give each its character. You’ll also discover which inks work best on various paper types and other materials, and try out different tools to apply them.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to expand their creative toolkit. Please remember to wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained, as some inks are permanent. Don’t miss out—register now! Supplies are not included in the cost of the workshop.
Please note that our classes are typically held in the lower level of Arlene's. Because access to the lower level is available only by stair, please let us know if using the stairs presents any difficulty for you in advance of the class so we can make alternate arrangements. We want to make sure everyone is able to enjoy and participate in our classes.
