This class is a place where folks with ADHD can dive into improv with teacher and comedian Kevin Vidal (who also happens to live with ADHD). Students will learn all the joyous fundamentals of doing improv and have a great time doing it. You will explore improv exercises that foster creativity, focus and laughs while trying digging into the most fun parts of the Blind Tiger Comedy improv curriculums.

This is our first time running Improv for ADHD and so in this class you can expect some experimentation and to have some extra input in how the class is run. The class may make more space to slow things down, or reflect on what’s working for folks, and everyone will decide for themselves whether they want to do an end-of-class show.

This class is for students who identify as living with ADHD with any amount of experience (including brand new beginners!). As always, we welcome your feedback on this or any other programming before, during, and after this class!
