Stretch your limbs, open your mouth, make a silly face, stomp your feet, communicate, be heard, be surprised - these are not orders! These are your superpowers to unleash! Improv helps us have better conversations, think outside the box, and problem solve. Basically, it's like a practice session for life. Who couldn't use that?Our 7-week Level 1 class is a great place to start for anyone from any background. Many people who take improv classes don't even want to perform. And that's great! This introductory class takes the student through a number of games, exercises, and role-playing, designed to get us using our full spectrum of expression and awareness. From here, we can make inspired connections and create theatrical and comedic moments that will have you laughing ...a lot. Take a chance!
