*Intro to Handstands Class*Every 3rd Sunday of the month will be the opportunity to try out a class for beginners.
3pm at Manoa District Park (or in front of the elementary school in the same parking lot). This month join us on Sept 19th at 3pm!
Price is $10 and will go towards the next month if you decide you want to join our handstand group. The class will be very informational and go over the process of going from 0 to freestanding handstand.
The class is open to all levels and we can find ways to work around limitations.
For anyone interested in the group:
The handstand group meets every Sunday in person at 3pm and additionally on Zoom on Wednesdays at 5pm-7pm. Each person gets q custom handstand program tailored to your indivisible needs and current level. We have had students ranging from total fear of going upside down or lacking the strength/flexibility all the way to students working more advanced shapes, presses, and even starting the journey one arm handstands. The price for the group is currently $100/month. It is designed for all levels, but everyone should be ready to work on it consistently at least the 2x/week.
I am also available for form checks and questions online to all students of the group throughout the month if they work on it outside of class.
I'm keeping the classes small during the time, so email or DM to reserve your spot in the beginner class.
I am also open to teaching small groups at a separate time if there is interest!
