NOW is the time to start your dance journey. This class can help you get fit and learn to move gracefully in your body. In each class, you'll unlock new ways to move, both challenging your body and delighting in creating unique patterns, shapes, and expressions of music in the body.
You'll also build confidence - If you're shy or a loner (Misha is both, yes really!) this dance will teach you how to trust others and open your heart to dancing with confidence, a quality which will spill over and benefit all areas of your life!

In this 6-week journey, you’ll learn the foundational movements of Global Caravan Tribal Bellydance®, a soulful, earthy fusion of bellydance, feminine power, and community spirit. Together, we move, we laugh, we sweat, and we belong.
✨ No experience needed. All bodies, ages, and expressions are welcomed with open arms.
✨ You’ll learn our dance vocabulary, how to connect in group improvisation, and experience the sacred art of adornment.
✨ You’ll have access to recordings, so you can practice anytime, for 1 month after class ends.
Whether you join us in the studio or from your living room, you’ll become part of a global dance community—and discover that you were never too old, too out of shape, or too late to begin.

Misha is an internationally recognized Master Teacher of Global Caravan Tribal Bellydance®, known for her soulful, empowering approach to movement and community. With over 20 years of experience, she has taught and performed across the globe—from Morocco to Japan—bringing her passion for connection, sacred adornment, and feminine strength to every circle she leads. Certified in Collective Soul 1–7, Teacher Training 1–5, and Master Teacher levels, Misha blends deep training with intuitive guidance. Her classes are joyful, transformative spaces where every body is welcome, and each dancer is invited to move from the heart. More than just a teacher, Misha is a storyteller, mentor, and movement priestess helping others reclaim their power through dance
