About this Event
Intro to Game Design with Unreal Engine
Ages 12–18
In Intro to Game Design with Unreal Engine, students explore the exciting world of video game development using Unreal Engine, one of the most powerful and widely used game creation platforms in the industry. Participants will learn how professional game designers, artists, and developers create immersive worlds, interactive experiences, and engaging gameplay.
Students will develop foundational skills in level design, 3D environments, game mechanics, visual scripting, character interaction, and digital storytelling. Through hands-on projects and creative challenges, participants will learn how to build interactive game environments, design player experiences, and bring their own game ideas to life using Unreal Engine’s professional development tools.
Throughout the workshop, students will gain experience with industry-standard software while building creativity, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of the game development process used by studios around the world.
