Join your hosts Molly Brindle & Gina Clemente
Enjoy a light lunch as we introduce you to the practice of Shinrin yoku for increased peace of mind relaxation connection to nature’s wonders and mindfulness in the present moment. You’ll receive a guided meditation with Reiki attunement forest “bathing” in the beauty of the Spa State Park followed by a journal exercise. Forest Bathing also known as “awe walks” attunes you to your senses as you walk sit or stand in a quiet natural setting without speaking. This is more difficult than it sounds as we remain silent for at least 20 minutes in the forest in addition to the guided meditation and Reiki attunement. Dress comfortably with socks slacks and sneakers and prepare for whatever Mother Nature provides for us that day for this event takes place rain or shine! That’s the nature of Forest Bathing to enjoy the beauty of this mindful experience.
Optional 40 minute mineral bath to follow our event. Relax in a private room as you soak in the famous mineral waters of Saratoga Springs. A perfect way to cap your restorative experience. (additional fee)
