Get ready to flow! This 4 week course will prepare you for our regular flow arts classes, cycling through our 4 most popular props. Taught by the wonderful performer and flow artist Joy Melissa, this class runs as such:
4:30pm - 5:30pm
Sunday September 22nd- Flow Fans
Sunday September 29th- Double Staves
Sunday October 6th- Traditional Poi
Sunday October 13th- The majestic Dragon Staff!
All props will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you have any. This is the perfect class series to find out what your favorite prop is- or maybe you'll love all of them!
Class officially runs 4:30-5:30 but you can stick around and practice for a bit after class.
Don't forget to sign up for open gym times to use the flow props and practice what you've learned so far!
