Intro to Embodied Resonance

Step into a sacred space of deep presence and self-discovery with Embodied Resonance, a transformative workshop weaving together somatic movement, vocal sound healing, and reflective journaling. This experience is designed to guide you into embodied awareness, helping you release tension, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and open yourself to the vibrational healing of sound.
Through gentle yet powerful movement, breathwork, and intuitive sound activations, you will awaken your body’s innate intelligence, allowing energy to flow freely. The journey will conclude with a restorative sound bath, followed by guided journaling to integrate insights and emotions that arise.
