This Intro to Cupping class will teach you how to get started using cups with your clients and to release the tension and knots in a noninvasive way. This class will give you the history, benefits, contraindications, and techniques to safely use cups on your clients. You will also learn how to clean, sanitize and store your cups and the different sizes and shapes of cups. This class will give you the chance to work with your cups to learn where to place them on the body and what you should be looking for on the skin when using them. Cupping can be a wonderful benefit to your clients and a great tool to have to lessen the strain on you the therapist. *For this class a massage table, a set of sheets, bolster, lotion and two hand towels wear comfortable clothing shorts, tee shirt are require.
