A real estate contract, by definition, is a legally binding document between parties that outlines the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale of real property. Also known as a real estate purchase and sale agreement, these standardized documents—approved by the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the Florida Bar—form the foundation of most real estate transactions.
In this informational session, students will be introduced to the basic elements of a real estate contract, gaining clarity on the essential components every REALTOR® should understand.
