✨ Classes are led by Otago Coffee Co.’s founder, a specialty coffee professional with extensive hands-on café experience and a background in coffee education. She has worked as a roasting assistant, gaining in-depth knowledge of coffee roasting and sourcing, and has visited coffee farms to learn firsthand how coffee moves from farm to cup. We aim to bring this knowledge into every class in an approachable, engaging way!
