Intro to Clown Workshop

Are you interested in performing, having fun, being open and playful and finding out what you can communicate to an audience from a place of authenticity? Phil O’Shea’s performances as part of the clown duo Soup Group have been described as “Joyously Silly” by British Comedy Guide, and his solo performances have been called “utter, delicious nonsense” Fest. In this workshop he will guide you through a series of fun exercises and we will explore some approaches and techniques which can help you to begin performing clown comedy. This session is suitable for beginners wanting an introduction to clowning, or for people who want to practice their fundamental clowning skills in a supportive environment.Tickets cost £50
