This class will give you the chance to try multiple circus apparatuses, and get a fantastic, and unique workout. You'll get the chance to flip upside down on silks, spin on hoop and swing on trapeze. No fitness or aerial experience is required to attend. Adults of all ages are encouraged to come try something new.
