Class Description

That’s why we created this workshop … to empower you to be your own healer and demonstrate that it is possible to take charge of your mental, physical, & emotional health.
Join us for an immersive two-hour workshop where you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of using the seven chakras to heal your nervous system, improve your self-regulation & relaxation capabilities, cultivate spiritual wellness, and prevent the development or worsening of both mental & physical disease (1).
You will also learn a simple process to release emotions, beliefs, experiences, relationships, responsibilities, and behavior patterns that no longer serve you. This condensed version of our popular 7-Week Chakra Yoga Workshop is perfect for beginners and those looking to enhance their spiritual practice.

- Introduction to the Chakra System: Understand the seven major chakras and their role in your energy body.
- Identifying Energy Blocks: Learn how to recognize where energy may be stuck or imbalanced in your chakras, as well as why the energy got stuck

About Your Teacher
Haley Schiek is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Yoga Teacher (E-CYT 250), & surf instructor who specializes in eating disorder recovery and psycho-spiritual wellness. Haley began teaching the sacred practice of yoga in 2016, after discovering the mental health benefits of yoga in high school. Over the past decade, Haley has taught classes across the United States, from the Coral Pink sand dunes of southern Utah to lakeside classes in northern Pennsylvania. For Haley, yoga is about connecting with and taking care of oneself. Understanding that each individual is a source of divine knowledge, Haley’s goal is to facilitate classes that encourage students to connect to the teacher within.
