Registration for Summer Session opens Monday, May 27 at 10am! Class: Intro to Ceramics
Instructor: Jim Patterson
Duration: 9 weeks
Thursdays, 7/11-9/5 | 6-9PM
Cost: $270 + $45 materials fee
Create your own designs with one-on-one guidance and group instruction. Learn the basics of pottery, including vocabulary, tools, types of clay, and firing methods. Gain hands-on experience with hand-building techniques, molds, glazing, and decorating projects as well as the potter’s wheel. Clay, use of tools, glazes, and lockers are included with your materials fee. A ceramic project journal or notebook is required. This introductory class is for new students only.
