You'll learn all about buttercream piping techniques, such as borders, writing, drop flowers, leaves, and the trending roses and ruffles design. In addition, you'll master the art of assembling and filling a piping bag with tips, understanding different icing consistencies, icing your cake, smoothing it out, and creating textured-ruffle designs. Get ready to take your cake decorating skills to the next level! Pre-registration is required. Ages 14 & up (no exceptions!!)
