This 90-minute workshop introduces the beginner techniques of classic burlesque for the curious. Rather than rushing into choreography and glitter, this class explores iconic burlesque elements such as bumps, grinds, shimmies, struts, and peels.
By the end, you’ll leave with a simple set of burlesque tools you can continue practicing on your own — along with a clearer understanding of how confidence, timing, and theatricality shapes the art form.
The Intro to Burlesque workshop is open to all experience levels and bodies. No dance background required — just curiosity and a willingness to try something new!
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement, and have a comfortable pair of heels on hand.
This class is $30 or 5 tokens, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
