Come get some puppy love, while learning how to bungee! FairyTails Pet Adoptions will have adoptable doggies available for adoption in the studio!
During this intro to bungee class, we will get your unique bungee setup by using your weight to calculate the size harness, bungees, and height needed. It will be the perfect time to get all the puppy kisses in!
Once everyone is strapped in we will go over bungee basics/safety and instruct 3 routines - warmup, intro to bungee burpees, and intro to knee fly.
What is bungee fitness?!?!
A high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout that uses a ceiling-mounted bungee cord attached to a hip harness to allow participants to fly, jump, and lunge with reduced joint pressure. It combines cardio and resistance training, often burning 350-500 calories in a 45-minute class.
