Using a specific drawing process you can release stress, remove mental blocks and change how you think and process information.
This workshop is about learning a simple drawing process in a judgment free zone, focusing on the actions not the product. The cool thing is, the finished drawings resemble the neurons in your brain. Come and learn how to connect your body to your brain through art. No previous drawing experience or skills are required.
