Intro to Block Printing

Welcome to Intro to Block Printing!

Come join us at MakerLabs for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn the basics of block printing. This event is perfect for beginners looking to explore their creative side. Our talented instructors will guide you through the process of carving your own design onto a block and printing it onto various surfaces. You'll leave with a unique piece of art and the skills to continue block printing at home. Don't miss out on this fun and interactive event!

Each student will be able to choose from 2" square blocks and pink rubber erasers. Students may carve multiples if time allows. Assorted cardstock and paper will be provided for printing.

Our studio is situated on the first floor of MakerLabs. There are three steps at the front entrance and there is a ramp available for accessibility at the side entrance. There are two single-occupancy all-gender washrooms available on the first floor.
