THIS IS AN IN-PERSON WORKSHOP
It will be beneficial to attend the"Beekeeping: Is it for me?" webinar (August 6th at 6:00pm) prior to attending the "Intro to Beekeeping" workshop.
"Intro to Beekeeping" will give you the basic knowledge to get started with your beekeeping hobby or business. You will learn about the components of a hive, how to select equipment that is right for you, how a bee colony lives, how to use beekeeping tools and protective gear, and how to acquire and begin managing your own bee colonies. (No live bees used during this class. You are welcome to attend our future hands-on field days in apiaries at no cost in the future.) Lunch is included.
