About this Event

This class will be held in person.

Please attend the free "Beekeeping: Is it for me?" class before attending this workshop to make sure that beekeeping will be a good fit for your lifestyle.

"Intro to Beekeeping" will give you the basic knowledge to get started with your beekeeping hobby or business. You will learn about the components of a hive, how a bee colony lives, how to use beekeeping tools and protective gear, and how to acquire and manage your own bee colonies. This workshop includes lunch. (No live bees used.)
