In this festive Adult Art Social, you’ll discover the beauty of Watercolor Batik — a process where wax-resist techniques meet watercolor painting on delicate rice paper, creating luminous textures and organic crackle effects.
Guided by artist Michael McConville, this hands-on session will feature sample demonstrations of four unique watercolor batik techniques, giving you the chance to explore, practice, and learn. By the end of the evening, you’ll create your own masterpiece scarf or throw — a beautiful and personal piece that makes a perfect holiday gift or keepsake.
