Intro to Basic Maintenance

Get your bike in the stand and learn the ins and outs of basic maintenance that can keep you riding for longer!

This class will cover safety checks, drivetrain clean and lube, and basic brake and shift adjustments. We will also touch on our most common repairs: tire, brake pads, and chain replacements. The class will be guided around cargo bikes but the skills covered will apply to all bikes!
Students can purchase small parts needed beforehand or day of class at a 10% discount.

Maximum class capacity is 3 people. Our repair area has three stands total so each student will be able to use a stand for the full class duration and get hands-on experience.
Minimum class size is 2 students. We will notify you if the class needs to be cancelled and either your tickets will be rescheduled or refunded.
*Our goal is to have you walk away with the knowledge and confidence in doing basic repairs on your bike, we can't guarantee your bike will undergo a full tune-up in the time allotted.
