If this is your first-time bag making, we recommend using quilting cottons for all of the fabrics. For more experienced sewers, thicker fabric like cork or vinyl could be used for the outer fabric. If you have never used thicker fabric before, please choose quilting cottons as if you make a mistake on the thicker fabric and need to unpick – you will leave holes!
