Unleash your creativity in this Intro to Art Journaling class. Also known as visual journals or mixed media journals, these books are your personal expression of inspiration and soul. You do not have to be an artist, and there is no right or wrong way to create your book.Whatever your skill level, from beginner to seasoned, you will love exploring your creative expression with us. We will be learning fun, easy techniques that anyone can do with things around your house.
The class is taught by local portrait artist H. Jane Harrington.
Cost: $40
Includes all supplies, including mixed media journal
Age: 18 and up (younger teens are welcome to participate with a participating parent)
Limit of 10 participants. First come, first serve. You are not RSVP'd in the class until your class fee is paid. Payable via Paypal, Venmo, or in person (PM to make arrangements to drop your payment off at the Star Institute).
Each participant will have their own large table. Masks are not required, but if you are not vaccinated, please consider wearing one when walking through the classroom.
