This arm balance clinic with instructor Tonya Nye is designed to help you build confidence in Crow(Bakasana) and Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana) through clear breakdowns, smart progressions, and supportive drills. We'll focus on setup, weight shift, core engagement, and shoulder stability - so arm balances feel approachable and repeatable. These two poses are foundational for learning MANY other arm balances if you wish to do so!Whether you're working toward your first lift-off or refining transitions, this workshop emphasizes technique over force and curiosity over perfection.
