No need to worry as Aerial is for everyone, and this workshop is the perfect place to start! Samara is going to break down how hammocks can be used for all levels in this workshop-style class. Aerial yoga is for anyone- an experienced yogi or someone completely new to yoga. This style combines the poses of yoga with the support of the hammock so that you get all the benefits of yoga AND the fun of Aerial! This can be as easy or as challenging as you need and want!
