Intro to Aerial Yoga Workshop ?♀️Have you been curious about aerial yoga but don't know where to start? ?
In this workshop you will learn to become comfortable in the aerial yoga hammock, you will learn about safety in the hammock, you will have easier access to inversions and have lots of fun at the same time ?
Who is it catered for: Any age (from 16 years and older) and any body welcome! ?
What’s included: Intro to Aerial Yoga, warm-up, exploring poses in the hammock, 15 min floating meditation.
