Our introductory class is designed to familiarize you with aerial yoga. No previous yoga experience or aerial experience is required. The classes will guide you through the use of the hammock for support on the ground and gradually and gently introduce you to aerial poses and inversions.•Class is limited to six students, we require a 8 hour notice if you can not make it to class.
•No aerial yoga experience required.
•Wear Yoga clothing, avoid zippers and jewelry
•Disclaimer: People who have heart disease, high blood pressure, vertigo, eye diseases (such as glaucoma), or are pregnant should consult their doctors first before trying inversions
