Curious about aerial arts but not sure where to start? This 75-minute class is your perfect introduction to silks, sling, trapeze, and lyra! Absolutely no experience necessary. Designed for adult beginners (age 16+), this class will guide you through the basics of each apparatus, giving you a taste of what it's like to lift off and explore new heights. You'll learn fundamental techniques, build strength, and gain confidence in a supportive, fun environment.
While our apparatus-specific intro classes (i.e. Intro to Aerial Silks, Intro to Lyra, Intro to Aerial Sling, Intro to Trapeze) are offered every week, this sampler class is only offered once or twice a month. Book it as a fun outing with friends! But be sure to book a week or more in advance. With only 6 spots (due to equipment availability), it fills up fast!
