In this playful workshop, AIR Trainer and Professional Aerialist Kat Moss, will lead you through a fun and flirty introduction to aerial choreography! You'll be walked through a dance combo mixed with aerial tricks that leaves you feeling fabulous and empowered. Come dance with us to the sound of pop sensation Chappell Roan!No experience necessary but at least 3 Foundation classes are recommended prior to the workshop. Knee pads are welcome, and socks are encouraged for sliding!
