Intro to Adventure Racing

Are you interested in learning more about Adventure Racing? Here is a great opportunity to have all of your questions answered. Women of AR Ambassador, Saleena DeVore, will be hosting this event. This will be an informal workshop that will cover the topics of AR that you are really interested in (gear, nutrition, training, etc.). It turns out that Grit Adventure Racing is holding an adventure race pretty much in her backyard! On January 9, they are doing their second annual Winter Warm-Up Adventure Race in Frederick, MD, so we will also be looking at maps from last year's Winter Warm-Up Race to discuss strategy. Everyone that attends will get a coupon code for 20% off this year's Winter Warm-Up Race! This is a free event and open to both men and women. Please indicate if you plan on coming so that I can prepare enough materials for everyone. It will be held at Emergency Response Training. Feel free to bring your dinner. Post in the discussion any specific topics you would like to cover.
