Learn how to create with acrylics at Intro to Acrylic Painting on Wednesday, Oct. 8 from 5 to 8 p.m. in The Studio.
Instructor and artist Kari Keller will guide students through the basics of acrylic painting, including sketching out guidelines, color selection, color mixing, and brushing techniques. Students will create a colorful fall scene on an 8 x 10-inch canvas to take home.
$75/person*. Register at https://allerton.illinois.edu/events/acrylic-painting/. Registration will close Oct. 1 or when capacity is reached. All sales are final.
*Students should wear clothes they don’t mind getting paint on.
