?This 2.5 hour Intro to Acro Workshop will focus on the fundamentals of AcroYoga, to practice yoga, acrobatics and therapeutics in a warm sunny Miami, Florida.☀️?We are excited to share our passions for both Lunar and Solar sides of the AcroYoga practice. The course covers asana practice, inversion training, partner acrobatics flying and spotting, Thai massage & therapeutic flying!
? Have fun, get an adventurous work-out, and enjoy supported inversions and stretching Thai Yoga as you build trust and communications skills with your partner.
?This workshop is a great introduction to the principles of AcroYoga and Acro Flying Therapeutics, including shared body mechanics, communication, and safe transitions.
??At the end of the workshop, we’ll cool down and take care of each other with the delicious and powerful assisted stretches of Thai-Yoga Bodywork, an ancient style of massage from Thailand that is enjoying a huge surge of popularity in our modern culture.
?You'll understand why everyone loves Thai Yoga when you experience the subtle but powerful opening possible when massage is connected with the principles of Yoga.
?This workshop is a great opportunity for those with a basis in Acro Yoga to refine their therapeutic technique and massage sensitivity.
