Acro Yoga blends yoga, acrobatics, and Thai Massage. It is a partner practice that cultivates trust, connection, and playfulness while building strength, flexibility, and balance. This class covers the fundamentals on how to base, fly, and spot in a safe and fun manner. All shapes, sizes, and skill levels welcomed. No partner or experience necessary. This fun practice is open and available to people age 16+ and all abilities.
We’ll work as a group and in teams covering basing, flying, and spotting.
