☀️?We are excited to share our passions for both Lunar and Solar sides of the AcroYoga practice. The course covers asana practice, inversion training, partner acrobatics, flying & spotting, Thai massage & therapeutic flying!
? Be in play mode & get an adventurous work-out while cultivating trust, connection, & effective communications skills with your partner. Enjoy supported inversions, spinal decompression, & the sweet release of assisted stretching.
?This workshop is a great introduction to the principles of AcroYoga & Acro Flying Therapeutics, including shared body mechanics, communication, & safe transitions.
??At the end of the workshop, we’ll cool down & take care of each other with the delicious & powerful assisted stretches of Thai-Yoga Bodywork, an ancient style of massage & sacred healing treatment from Thailand.
?You'll understand why everyone loves Thai Yoga when you experience the subtle but powerful opening possible when massage is connected with the principles of Yoga.
?This workshop is a great opportunity for those with a basis in AcroYoga to refine their therapeutic technique and massage sensitivity. No partner required.
