- Explore elements and characteristics of abstract art, I.e., color, shape, line, and texture.
- Learn how to create and design an abstract painting by mixing design principles and personal aesthetics.
- Learn how to analyze what you love in a painting to discover your visual language.
- Discuss the do’s and don’ts of copying other art for the purposes of learning.
- Begin your abstract piece, and play with elements and concepts on your own canvas.
*This class is a mixture of discussion and practice.

All practice supplies will be included, however, feel free to bring any supplies(including paint or brushes) you love as well. Age 13 and up welcome.
