NEW CLIENTS!! This is a FREE class offered on the first Saturday of the month from 4p-5p for those wanting to learn the basics of yoga in a comfortable environment. These classes are for beginners & everyone who is interested in reviewing the essential elements of a yoga practice. These classes focus on the shapes of the postures, principles of alignment, utilizing the breath, lines of energy, the language of the practice, & prop use.
These classes do not have a flow-based component with the exception of traditional sun salutations. All are welcome to attend, ages 14+.
